Merchant Services Policy

Orders & Booking

  • Orders require a minimum of 72 hours’ notice and are subject to availability. However, submitting an order 72 hours in advance does not automatically guarantee acceptance.
  • Orders are confirmed only after payment or the required deposit is received.
  • Rush or last-minute orders are subject to availability and will incur an additional fee.

Payments

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit or full payment is required to secure your date, depending on the total invoice amount.
  • Any remaining balance must be paid by the due date listed on the invoice.
  • Production will not begin without payment, and failure to pay by the invoice due date may result in forfeiture of your scheduled date and/or time.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • No refunds will be issued once payment has been received.
  • Refunds are only permitted if an error is made by the bakery.
  • Date changes are subject to availability and approval by the bakery.

Custom Orders

  • We do not offer custom orders. Items not listed on our menu are not available at this time.

Pickup & Delivery

  • Pickup times must be strictly adhered to.
  • Late pickups may affect product quality.
  • Delivery fees are non-refundable and calculated based on location and order size.
  • Once an order leaves our care, we are not responsible for damage caused by transport or handling.
  • Care instructions should be followed as outlined on the included Cheesecake Care Card when applicable.
  • Orders should always be transported in air-conditioned vehicles during warm weather.

Cake Care & Storage

  • All dairy-based products are heat-sensitive and must be refrigerated when not in use.
  • We are not responsible for issues caused by improper storage or heat exposure.

Allergies & Ingredients

  • Customers are responsible for disclosing any allergies at the time of ordering.
  • Our kitchen handles common allergens, including nuts, eggs, dairy, and gluten.

Complaints & Claims

  • Any issues must be reported immediately or within 24 hours of pickup or delivery.
  • Clear photos are required for all claims to be considered.
  • Taste preferences (sweetness, flavor choices, etc.) are not grounds for refunds.

Acceptance of Policy

  • By placing an order with MISS B BAKES, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these policies.
  • Payment serves as acceptance of these policies and our full Terms of Service, available on our website and/or attached to your invoice.
